ooc:
Okay guys, i’m falling asleep over the keyboard, bad day, nearly sleepless, drama at home = no good mood AND sleepy. I’m off to bed, love you all <3 replying to everything tomorrow tho.
Maris grinned bitterly “Of course I understand. And the body is not bad at all either, Demon.” She said with a smile on her face, looking at him. She lifted one of her hands of the dead body and put in on her lap “Maybe I can get rid off the body… I think I have few unknown ugly places for ugly dead people.” Maris said teasingly.
“I’ve never been one for…human flesh.” He chuckled. He nodded toward her. “If you could get rid of it, I could pay you in return.” He smiled.
“Well, that’s because I don’t think you’re a… seaserpent?” Maris said and laughed a little. “Hm… and what would be the paying for getting rid of this body?” Maris said carefully, smiling back a little to the Demon.
Maris chose a black tight short dress with the uncovered back for going out that night. She putted on black high heels and her brown curly hair falling freely and wild over her back and her shoulders. Maris walked out of her house with some money, leaving her cellphone at home. She gave a damn about what could happen as she had some fun with Amber.
When she arrived at the park, she looked around, looking for a blonde head somewhere. As she didn’t see her, Maris walked towards the water fountain there was and sat on one of the nearest benchs to the fountain, waiting for Amber to appear.
Amber squeezed herself into a slinky black dress and a pair of matching heels, putting her hair up in a tight ponytail, grabbing some money and her cell, stuffing them into her bra before leaving the house, making her way to the park.
Once there, she quickly spotted her friend on a bench near the water fountain. With a grin, she made her way over, sliding onto the bench next to her. “Hello my dear. What fun do you have planned for us tonight?” She asked, smirking a bit. Crossing her legs, she rested her chin on her hand, her elbow resting on her knee.
Maris was a little distracted and didn’t see when Amber arrived, she jumed slightly and turned around, smiling. “Hi Amber. And I know of a club that you might like.” Maris said and grinned playfully. She crossed one leg over the other and studied the girl next to her “I love your dress!” Maris said. She suddenly felt the hunger inside of her, a predator. Maris didn’t eat since she came back from her days in the constand being-mermaid in the depths of the ocean. Luckily, she just ate men and not women if not, Amber would be pretty much doomed.

Why is there not anything exciting going on?
Someone take me to a party or something.
I have an idea for having fun Amber!! Meet me at the park in 15 minutes? I promise it’ll be fun.
Okay. Sounds good to me.
Good. Just a little detail: dress for killing. *winks*
Oh? That does sound fun.
Yeah, we’re not staying at the park.. at all.

Scott wasn’t sure why he was even bothering to meet up with Maris, he didn’t need friends because he knew the moment he tried to get close to someone would be the moment he remembered that getting close to someone only meant having to say good-bye at one point.
Living forever had killer advantaged, no pun intended, however it also came with great downsides as well, it was because of these down sided things that Scott knew better than to allow himself to get close to anyone, and no one would make him chance his mind. He was stubborn, once he set his mind to something there was no changing it.
However, something about Maris was making him second guess himself.
Scott hardly knew her, but the fact that she was willing to care alone made him realize she was different. However, different, or not he wasn’t going to get his head wrapped around her like she was the best thing to happen to him.
He wasn’t that type of guy, and so meeting up with her was just out of fun, it wouldn’t be anything more, and the idea of having drinks with someone would prove that the vampire could be social without flirting all the time. Well, maybe.
However, before making his way into the bar, Scott needed another form of a drink. His teeth ached, his gums were sore and he just needed one thing. If anyone knew how Scott used to be, they would think he was calm now compared to how he once was, but all reality the vampire was just the same blood crazed vampire; he just learned to take better care of the bodies this time around.
Lightly licking his teeth, he pushed aside the thirst as he walked into the bar, and the moment he did people began to look his way. Scott was used to it by now, he knew very well that he was good looking, and it didn’t help anything that he picked the bad boy type of clothing.
From his leather jacket, black tee underneath, dark jeans and black boots he looked like he didn’t belong in the bar, at least not that bar. However, Scott ignored the looks as he looked around for the brunette. He wasn’t really sure how this was going to go over, after all he hardly knew much about her, she knew nothing of him other than his name, and the idea of being open with her was still weird to the vampire.
Maris was looking at her reflection in the mirror. She was still just using her black lace bra and tight jeans, trying to decide which t-shirt to use. She was between a loose and short one or a ice blue tight shirt. As she was thinking and proving over herself one and another, she wondered why she was so… even excited to see Scott. She barely knew him afterall. Actually… Maris just knew his name, not even his age. Maris rolled her eyes to the reflection as she thought about that, not that mattered, if he was 17, 18, 19, or 36, Maris would be older than him. She was more than two thousand years afterall.
After other ten or fifty minutes of searching through her closet and trying on t-shirts with V neck, turtle necks (even tho she hated them), sweaters, loose t-shirts, she decided to go with a tight, dark violet t-shirt that in the back had most of parts with lace from the same colour. It was really alike to the front but it was really cute to the eyes… and sexy. Maris shrugged to that thought, it didn’t matter, if she wanted him for dinner, all she had to do was sing and he would be under her claw. But she wasn’t planning that, actually.. she wasn’t planning anything concrete. Just having drinks with Scott, having fun.
As she walked out of her house with money and her cellphone, Maris wondered why would Scott be so negative about anyone caring about him… shit, that made her care and be more curious about him, that couldn’t be good. Not for a mermaid, not for that mermaid… ever. It alwyas ended up of two possible ways.
a) The guy dead… being her lunch.
b) Brokenhearted.
And that was the end of story, everytime she cared, she got hurt for caring. But she couldn’t help it. Maris wasn’t a normal mermaid… or was already affected by the human world. And spending a season with her fellow mermaids wasn’t an option either, they would kill her… or having her prisioner for eternity.
Maris walked in the bar a little earlier and sat down on a table next to the big crystal window, far from the main door. Still, she could perfectly see the people walking in and out of the bar. Maris waited patiently, there was no hurry, until a young man dressed entirely black waked in. Scott. Maris let a half-smirk cover up her lips, catching Scott’s attention to herself. God he was hot… extremely hot. But those were just merely drinks.. somehow she was glad. Maris was still a little hurted by Nathan’s sudden mind-changing.
